Required Skills

Education

University degree in Public Administration/Administrative Management/General Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/in, B.A.), Administrative Economics (Dipl.-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt/in; B.A.), Law, Human Resources Management and Human Resources Psychology (LL.B.), or a business administration bachelor's degree or comparable degree (FH-Diplom; B.A.)

Experience

  • Several years of professional and leadership experience
  • Preferred experience in human resources administration within a federal authority, university, or other public law institution
  • Extensive knowledge of public service HR topics
  • In-depth expertise in human resources management
  • Solid knowledge and competence in civil service, labor, and collective bargaining law
  • Basic knowledge of federal budget law
