Job Summary

This role at TU Dresden involves cutting-edge research in developing ultrathin endomicroscopes for minimally invasive 3D imaging in biomedicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for the holographic characterization of imaging fibers, manufacturing micro-optics using 2-photon lithography, and creating and validating demonstrators for applications in fields like dentistry and neurosurgery. This position offers the opportunity for scientific qualification (doctorate/habilitation) and participation in a BMBF-funded project aimed at translating excellent research into practical applications, potentially leading to product development. Required Skills

Education

Very good university degree (Master/Diploma) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Opportunity for doctoral or habilitation studies.
