Job Summary
This role involves providing technical advice and support for hardware installations over the phone, working closely with customers to develop technical solutions, and meticulously documenting actions and maintaining master data within the ERP system. Key responsibilities also include conducting technical inspections and functional checks of incoming goods, processing basic technical complaints, and collaborating on technical documentation. The ideal candidate will possess fundamental electrical engineering knowledge or a relevant technical background, demonstrate manual dexterity and an interest in technology, and ideally have initial experience in repair or technical service.
