Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project management and construction supervision for civil federal authority building projects. Day-to-day tasks include controlling and coordinating planning and construction schedules, managing costs and deadlines according to HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) guidelines, and preparing and executing contracts based on HOAI and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures). The successful candidate will also handle tender preparation, procurement, contract and change order management, and the acceptance and handover of planning and construction services.
