Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Management (Senior) Process Owner who will strategically and tactically shape ITIL4-aligned practices and drive their transformation into a modern agile work environment. The primary focus will be ensuring stable IT operations through standardized and automated processes, including defining and implementing control mechanisms and key performance indicators. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in conceptualizing the current process landscape and migrating it to an ITIL4-oriented model, collaborating closely with service owners and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone passionate about continuous quality improvement, process maturity, and contributing to the design of a new ITSM tool landscape, all while working in an agile, backlog-oriented fashion within a regulated environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education/proven expertise

Experience

  • Substantial and demonstrable experience in IT Service Management (ITIL V3/4)
  • Experience in defining and introducing complex process landscapes
  • Familiarity with process standardization and associated tools
  • Knowledge of methods for organizational change management
  • Experience in agile working methods, use of AI, and collaboration with developers and product IT teams
  • Experience in a regulated environment
