Job Summary

As an IT Service & Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for users across the Southwest region. Your daily tasks will include managing and supporting IT systems such as PCs, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, telephony, and hybrid meeting systems, along with their associated infrastructure like LAN/WLAN networks and server rooms. You'll also advise stakeholders on hardware/software procurement, handle installations, and provide second-level support for various IT issues. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cross-location IT projects, manage print systems, oversee logistical applications, and participate in extensive renovation projects within a dynamic, cross-functional team. You'll work in a supportive environment that values individual growth and offers flexible work arrangements.

Required Skills

Education

Commercial or technical vocational training, a degree in an IT-related field, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Initial experience in network administration
  • Initial experience with ticket systems
  • Professional experience with logistical processes and associated hardware/software (ideally)
  • Professional experience in project management (ideally)

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

  • Class B driving license required; Willingness to participate in on-call duty; Willingness for occasional business travel.
