The successful candidate will lead projects focused on developing self-adhesive films for the graphic industry, optimize existing product portfolios, and conduct feasibility studies. They will be responsible for presenting and documenting results, providing expert support to various departments including sales, purchasing, production, quality assurance, and process engineering, and ensuring high quality standards and technical progress. The position requires a proactive, structured, and results-oriented individual with a background in polymer chemistry, adhesives, or plastics, and offers a permanent contract directly with the client, fostering a valued and supportive work environment.
