Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany, focusing on the installation, movement, addition, changes, and disposal (IMACD) of various IT devices. Day-to-day, you will independently manage and process IT service requests received via a mobile system, primarily engaging in device management and maintenance activities for various clients within Ludwigshafen.
