The successful candidate will be the 'heart of the house,' responsible for the comprehensive management of the 5,000 sqm headquarters, which accommodates approximately 130 employees. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating external craftspeople, overseeing heating, climate, and electrical systems, maintaining outdoor areas, and performing minor repairs. Beyond building management, the role involves significant organizational duties such as courier services, event setup, material procurement, and exhibition stand logistics. The position also entails acting as the company's vehicle fleet manager and safety officer, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
