Job Summary

This role is for a visionary Head of Development who will strategically and technically lead two highly motivated software development teams focused on creating innovative digital solutions for the care sector. The successful candidate will drive the development of SaaS products like the Request Manager and Discharge Manager, and optimize the care platform. Day-to-day, you'll ensure efficient team collaboration, maintain high product quality, and act as a central technical point of contact, moderator, and enabler. You will work closely with the Head of Product and CTO to align technical decisions with business goals, implement data-driven decision-making using a Data Warehouse, and develop solutions that enhance marketing lead generation and call center functionalities.
