Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of a public administration department. Day-to-day, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing quality management strategies, optimizing internal processes, and establishing robust departmental controlling mechanisms. This includes advising on non-medical legal matters, creating standardized work processes, and building a systematic reporting system for analysis and forecasting. A key part of the job also involves handling legal challenges, such as reviewing infection control cases and representing the department in court, as well as coordinating committee affairs. Required Skills
Education
Eligibility for career group 2, first entry-level of non-technical administrative service OR completed Administrative Course II OR completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on administrative, legal, or economic sciences and job-related course content.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration (for specific educational paths)
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in controlling, quality management, and/or process affairs (preferred)
- At least two years of experience in administrative case processing within public administration (for specific educational paths)
