Job Summary

This role is for a seasoned professional to lead the Pharmaceutical Development, Services, and Transfer department within a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and realization of departmental revenue targets, managing pricing and contract negotiations for development projects, and ensuring the quality and timely execution of all departmental results, documentation, and archiving. A key aspect of this position involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 8 employees, while also spearheading complex transfer and development projects for new medicines, including galenic and analytical development, method transfers, and stability studies. The role demands strong project management skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and the ability to navigate a regulated environment, contributing significantly to the company's mission of ensuring quality in healthcare.
