Job Summary

This role involves the independent production of immunological detection systems, focusing on Microarray (immunological microchip) and Lateral Flow (rapid test systems) technologies. Key responsibilities include coating microchips, membranes, and glass fiber fleeces, preparing analytical reagents, and operating precision machinery. The successful candidate will perform batch-specific analytics and adjustments during production processes, conduct in-process controls, and meticulously document processes. They will also be responsible for collecting and statistically analyzing large datasets to generate evaluation algorithms. This position requires close collaboration with various departments, including Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Filling, and Packaging.
