Job Summary

This Director-level role, based in Geneva, involves defining and executing the Global Consumer Care (GCC) strategy, focusing heavily on digital and AI-driven transformation to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and measurable operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will lead the GCC HQ Strategy team, mentoring managers and driving improvements in service quality and cost-to-serve. A key focus will be leveraging AI, including Generative AI, to drive data-to-insight transformation, embed predictive care models, and strengthen the Voice of Consumer (VoC) program. You will collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Sales, R&D, and other functions to shape cross-functional initiatives that strengthen consumer engagement and enable sustainable growth. This position requires robust commercial understanding, proven global leadership, and a decade of experience shaping Consumer Care strategies within the FMCG or Consumer Goods sectors.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree, master’s or equivalent preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years’ international experience shaping Consumer Care and/or Experience strategies within FMCG or Consumer Goods industries
  • Proven global leadership experience in managing teams, outsourced vendors, and strategic partnerships
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation — identifying, implementing, and scaling solutions that drive efficiency and uplift consumer experience
  • Proven track record in delivering AI, including Generative AI (GenAI) and practical experience in real-world AI technologies and applications

Languages

English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Based in Geneva (HQ Strategy team location). Robust commercial understanding and translation of business questions into actionable business recommendations are necessary. Second language is a plus.
