This role involves coordinating and developing technical services within the Added Value Station, a key internal service point providing customized technical solutions like product parameterization, firmware installation, and device configuration for customers. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for technical and organizational queries, troubleshoot technical issues independently or with support teams, and manage new service requests globally.
