Job Summary
This role is for a Head of Administration at the Goethe-Institut Berlin, responsible for leading the administrative department and ensuring smooth operational processes. Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences or Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Cultural Management) or equivalent knowledge and skills
Experience
- Several years of proven experience in leadership positions within administrative and/or commercial areas, preferably at cultural institutions in Germany and abroad
- Professional experience in accounting, human resources administration, and project management
- Professional experience in the transition from cameralistic to commercial accounting
- Professional experience in financial steering and controlling instruments
- Professional experience in personnel management and organizational development
