This role is for an experienced and communicative Technical Sales Manager in Electrical Engineering, passionate about the field and adept at sales. The successful candidate will drive business development, acquire new clients, and nurture existing partnerships, leveraging their technical expertise and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include calculating complex electrical engineering projects, preparing offers, and conducting contract negotiations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering with many years of professional experience, and/or a degree, Technician, or Master's in Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Many years of professional experience in an electrical engineering environment
- Professional experience in technical sales (e.g., as a Sales Engineer) or as an Electrical Engineering Project Manager
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Measurement and Control Technology, Building Automation, Electrical Machine Construction, Pump Technology, Medium Voltage, Industrial Electrical Construction, Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Systems, E-Mobility Charging Infrastructure, PV Systems
- Advantageous: Proven knowledge of the Hamburg market
- Advantageous: Experience with large clients for electrical engineering realization projects
