Job Summary
This Senior Engineer role focuses on developing and implementing SiEmergy solutions for stress management and resilience in electrical networks. The successful candidate will design and deliver advanced training on SiEmergy and practical switching operations for Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and industrial clients. Key responsibilities include enhancing SiEmergy scenarios, tools, and simulations, leading R&D initiatives for integrating new technologies, and acting as an expert advisor on critical network scenarios. The role requires strong technical leadership to guide teams through complex switching operations, facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops, and build capabilities in technical operations and stress resilience. Required Skills
Education
Master's or Doctor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience
- Many years of experience in electrical power systems, network operations, or similar roles
- Hands-on expertise in switching operations within electrical power systems, including compliance with safety standards and best practices
- Validated ability to design and deliver technical training programs and workshops
