This role involves ensuring the functionality of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems, focusing on maintenance, updates, and safety checks. The System Manager will coordinate with external service providers, plan and execute system modifications, and collaborate with international development teams on hardware, software, and application projects. A key aspect is supporting the digitalization of internal processes and the implementation of new tools to enhance efficiency. The position requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills in MR systems, capable of troubleshooting and providing technical support for customer trial systems and prototypes. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, or other relevant engineering science; alternatively, completed vocational training with additional professional experience in the field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience with MR systems (e.g., commissioning or as a service technician)
- Professional experience with MR software
- Professional experience with Siemens Healthineers application and product portfolio
- Strong overview of MR systems and components
- Professional experience in programming web/applications (ideally C#/C++/Java)
Languages
Additional
- Occasional international business travel to the USA, China, India, and UK.
