Job Summary
This role is for a CFD Simulation Engineer specializing in vehicle cooling systems, focusing on thermal conditioning to enhance performance. The successful candidate will prepare CFD meshes from CAD for 1D simulations using GT Suite (GEM3D), optimize assemblies based on test and calculation results, and support component validation through simulation. This position involves close collaboration between simulation, testing, and design teams. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Uni/FH) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Technology with a specialization in Electromobility or Mechatronics
Experience
- Relevant experience in 1D-CFD with common CFD processors, preferably GT Suite
- Professional experience with components of electrified drive systems, especially the function and structure of BEV vehicle cooling
