Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., IT Specialist) with comprehensive relevant skills and experience, or Civil Servant (3rd QE / Higher Service) with focus on Administrative Informatics or Administration and Finance, or Administrative Specialist (Fachprüfung II)

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support and software distribution
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience (for certain qualifications)
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience (for certain qualifications)
  • Proven in-depth knowledge and practical experience with an Endpoint Management (Software Distribution) System
