This role involves coordinating IT projects and processes within the school IT sector, with a strong emphasis on change management and the comprehensive implementation of digitalization initiatives. The successful candidate will lead operational IT processes, collaborating closely with educational, technical, and administrative stakeholders to drive the digital transformation of schools in Nuremberg. Key responsibilities include planning and executing technical infrastructure projects, coordinating school contacts, and ensuring structured collaboration across various departments. The position requires strong organizational skills, IT affinity, and experience in project and process management, ideally with a focus on change management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., IT Specialist) with comprehensive relevant skills and experience, or Civil Servant (3rd QE / Higher Service), Natural Sciences and Technology - focus on Administrative Informatics, or Civil Servant (3rd QE / Higher Service), Administration and Finance with relevant professional experience, or Administrative Specialist (Fachprüfung II) with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in project and process management, ideally in change management (desirable)
- At least two years of relevant professional experience (for specific qualifications)
- At least three years of relevant professional experience (for specific qualifications)
