This role involves overseeing diverse construction projects, from new builds to renovations, within the district's properties. Key responsibilities include managing the technical construction aspects of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, including measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology and technical fire protection. The successful candidate will review planning and tender documents, contribute to project planning, develop renovation concepts, and ensure cost and schedule adherence. Required Skills

Education

Experience
