Job Summary

This is a pivotal role driving the transformation of PostFinance's security landscape towards a comprehensive Zero Trust architecture. As the Cyber Security Product Owner, you will collaborate with the thematic field owner to define and implement the Zero Trust strategy. You will steer implementation efforts within agile engineering teams, coordinating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. A core part of the role involves analyzing existing security architectures, deriving concrete requirements and measures, and ensuring Zero Trust principles are integrated across processes, applications, and infrastructure. Success requires a higher degree in IT, deep experience in Cyber Security and Zero Trust concepts (NIST, CISA), and proven technical understanding of network, system, application, cloud, and identity security. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape the future foundation of a secure and trustworthy financial sector while utilizing fluent German and English skills.
