Job Summary
As an IT Service Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing business processes by planning, controlling, and monitoring IT services. This role involves defining, implementing, and overseeing IT Service Management processes, methods, and standards, adhering to recognized frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT. A key part of your responsibilities will be creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the quality, availability, and security of IT services. You will also communicate and cooperate with various internal and external stakeholders, lead a team of IT specialists, and continuously analyze and improve service performance and customer satisfaction. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; ITIL Certification (advantageous)
