Job Summary

This role is for a Test Development Laboratory Associate who will be instrumental in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and formulations for clinical test systems, particularly in the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The associate will be responsible for independently developing manufacturing procedures using specialized equipment and methodologies, optimizing existing formulations, and innovating new recipe systems in collaboration with raw material manufacturers. Key responsibilities also include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, meticulously documenting and statistically evaluating experimental results, and preparing reports for presentations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, immunochemistry, biology, or medical technology, coupled with significant laboratory experience and a willingness to handle human biological materials.
