Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of specialized applications for clients, encompassing testing, release management (upgrades/updates), change management, and problem resolution. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the full lifecycle management of applications, including comprehensive documentation. A key part of the job is providing user support to business departments and key users, which includes 2nd-level support, incident analysis, and proposing solutions. Additionally, the role requires continuous collaboration with the security team to ensure certificate and Identity and Access Management (IAM) security.
