Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and administration within a dynamic IT and engineering environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include on-site user support, handling second and third-level support tickets, installing Windows 11, and assisting users with system commissioning. The specialist will also be responsible for server administration, specifically with VMWare, and on-site network management, including patching network sockets and VLAN configuration. Participation in on-call duty is required.
