Job Summary

As an Application Technology Specialist at K+S Aktiengesellschaft, based in the Analytics and Research Center in Unterbreizbach, you will serve as the crucial link between the plant, product and quality management, and sales within the Application Technology Laboratory. Your daily tasks will involve planning, executing, evaluating, and documenting internal customer inquiries to assess product quality and control third-party samples. You will also contribute to complaint resolution by conducting sample investigations to identify root causes, potentially including on-site sampling. A key part of your role will be designing and conducting non-standardized experiments to simulate the effects of conditioning agents for product and quality improvement, and defining parameters for scaling up trials from lab to operational sites or customer locations. You will advise internal and external clients on optimization potentials, requiring a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
