Job Summary

This role is for a technically enthusiastic individual to join a service team, actively shaping the energy sector. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for on-site customer service, including commissioning, maintenance, and repair of stationary and mobile battery storage systems. Key responsibilities also involve remote and on-site fault diagnosis of control systems, power components, and battery components. The technician will conduct training for partners, dealers, and end-customers, create technical reports, and provide customer support using digital service tools.
