Job Summary
This role is for an IT User Service Specialist focused on 1st Level Support, joining a central IT department in Ellwangen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the qualified acceptance, analysis, and classification of incoming hardware and software support requests, meticulously documenting issues in a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include resolving problems directly at the workstation, via phone, or through remote maintenance, and escalating complex cases to 2nd Level Support while monitoring their resolution. This position is ideal for someone with strong IT fundamentals, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to supporting IT users, ensuring smooth operation within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification through long-term IT experience
Experience
- Professional experience in User Help Desk or 1st Level Support
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
Languages

- Class B driving license required; Willingness to work in shift and on-call duty; Located in Ellwangen
