Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated IT Business Analyst / Product Owner to manage the full lifecycle of Document Management Systems (DMS) and e-file applications for the City of Stuttgart. You will be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, overseeing everything from requirements gathering to decommissioning. Key responsibilities include integrating applications into the city's IT infrastructure, supporting ongoing operations, managing software updates, and creating user documentation. You will also contribute expertise to new IT service introductions, develop operational concepts, and conduct market and needs analyses to identify innovative solutions. This position offers a stable, future-proof role within a supportive public sector environment, focusing on modernizing digital record-keeping.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or vocational training in IT with equivalent knowledge acquired through long-term relevant professional experience.
Experience
- 3-5 years in product or service management of IT applications
- Professional experience in integrating complex IT systems
- Experience in managing external service providers
