This Project Manager role focuses on member retention and engagement for the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Berlin). The successful candidate will analyze member information needs, communication strategies, and customer behavior to develop and implement targeted communication and management approaches. A key responsibility involves designing and executing an after-sales process to extend customer experiences, identify new needs, and promote service utilization. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field; alternatively, comparable training and qualification with several years of relevant professional experience.
