This role involves shaping the future of TRATON Group R&D by focusing on the design and improvement of internationally applicable processes within the electrics/electronics domain. The successful candidate will support the product development process, manage interface processes, and define area-specific use cases in an agile environment. Key responsibilities include documenting methods, providing updates to stakeholders, and driving process improvements with a strong emphasis on international applicability. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in interface management and working with diverse international stakeholders
- Solid professional experience in project steering, project management, and agile methodologies
- Experience with ONE PDP (Product Development Process) is ideal
