This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to take on the role of Executive Board Member for ITV Stormarn AÖR, a full-service IT provider for the Stormarn district and surrounding municipalities in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, organizational development, and future concepts of the ITV, ensuring the provision of modern IT procedures and digital services. This role involves leading a team of approximately 70 employees, improving internal processes through modern IT service management, and fostering strong relationships with political bodies and administrative departments. The position requires extensive leadership experience, a strong background in IT, and the ability to drive innovation in public online services. Required Skills

Education

University degree (e.g., Bachelor or Master) preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Sciences, or Economics, or equivalent skills and experience in the IT sector.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Practical experience in IT Service Management
  • Practical experience in IT Project Management
  • Experience in designing modern work environments and organizational change processes (helpful)
  • Experience in initiating and successfully implementing cross-organizational IT cooperations (helpful)
  • Experience working with municipal politics and in public service (helpful)
