Job Summary
As a Facility Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the value and efficiency of IKEA properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting the Facility Management team in overseeing all FM aspects across one or more units, ensuring properties are managed correctly throughout their lifecycle, including safety, compliance, maintenance, and optimization. You will plan, organize, and coordinate facility services, manage FM-related projects, and generate reports on energy consumption and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will have a technical or commercial background with experience in technical and infrastructural FM services, strong project management skills, and a proactive, organized approach to work, with a focus on sustainability.
