As a PLM Process Expert, you will drive the continuous improvement of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes for hardware, electronics, and software development, focusing on quality and efficiency. You will develop data-based metrics and KPIs, identify weaknesses, and implement optimization measures. A key part of your role involves translating and integrating new company-wide guidelines and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001/27001) into the PLM process to ensure compliance and audit readiness. You will also be responsible for training stakeholders, coordinating internal and external audits, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in product management, development, quality assurance, manufacturing, and customer care.
