Job Summary

This role involves managing, monitoring, and maintaining the client's cloud infrastructure, specifically focusing on Azure environments. Key responsibilities include providing 2nd level support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring robust data backup and recovery procedures, and optimizing system performance through tuning measures. You will collaborate closely with the System Engineering team and participate in various IT projects. The successful candidate must have a completed IT education and at least three years of experience in system administration and 2nd level support, coupled with deep knowledge of M365, Azure, Citrix, VMware, Exchange, and SQL.
