Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of services for an international aerospace and defense company, ensuring customer satisfaction with services, products, and support. The Service Manager will be instrumental in preparing, implementing, and rolling out new services, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders related to Extended Enterprise Services. Key responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing escalations, and monitoring service quality against SLAs. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, experience in IT and information systems, and a solid understanding of Extended Enterprise processes, methods, and tools. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences / Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Experience
- 3+ years in IT and information systems
- Professional experience in service management
