Job Summary

This role involves leading the maintenance operations for signaling and control technology (LST) assets within the German railway infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and performance standards. Key responsibilities include the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team, evaluating maintenance requests from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia based on economic and personnel principles, and overseeing workplace safety. This position is ideal for an experienced leader with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a master/technician qualification with extensive LST experience, who is looking to make a significant impact on Germany's rail network.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or IHK Master/Technician with extensive professional experience in signaling and control technology (LST).

Experience
