Job Summary

As a System Operator at DB InfraGO AG in Berlin-Pankow, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure within one of Germany's largest infrastructure projects. Your daily tasks will involve providing 1st-level support, monitoring various IT systems, and generating reports. You'll also be responsible for initial troubleshooting, incident assessment, and documenting issues in the ticket system. This role requires a structured and goal-oriented approach to challenges, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to coordinate with different interfaces, including 2nd-level support and maintenance teams, to resolve disruptions.
