Job Summary

This role involves monitoring IT systems using various tools, handling ticket creation and processing, and coordinating incident resolution. The Network Technician will work closely with technical teams and the Vienna Headquarter, documenting operational statuses and disruptions. The ideal candidate will have a completed technical education, initial experience with ticketing systems and ideally with radio relay technology, strong German and good English language skills, and demonstrate team spirit, willingness to learn, and resilience in shift operations. This position offers an engaging and varied role in a dedicated team, with the flexibility of mobile working up to 12 days a month, an unlimited employment contract with the possibility of being hired by the client company, and additional benefits like holiday and Christmas bonuses.
