This full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant role in Hannover offers a dynamic opportunity to support the executive management of a public sector client. Day-to-day tasks involve managing guest reception, maintaining executive contact lists, handling and prioritizing correspondence (emails, letters, inquiries), and meticulously organizing both digital and physical filing systems. A key responsibility is comprehensive travel planning and coordination for executives and their drivers, alongside preparing official documents, organizing executive birthday celebrations, and drafting congratulatory or condolence letters. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, professional demeanor to ensure the smooth operation of executive administrative functions, providing crucial support to the Chief Executive's assistant.
