Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician 2nd Level in Wolfsburg, joining a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and system house/e-commerce services. You will be responsible for providing essential IT support, managing tickets across 1st, 2nd, and occasionally 3rd level, and playing a key part in the digital transformation. Day-to-day tasks include installing and reimaging notebooks, supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, managing accounts in Azure AD, and maintaining the knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience in user support or field service, and proficiency with various IT devices and systems. This position offers a long-term perspective, structured working hours, and a diverse international work environment, with the potential for direct employment after an initial temporary contract.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification/experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT, preferably in on-site service, user support, or 1st/2nd level support (remote or on-site)
  • Experience in Workplace Service with devices like PCs, notebooks, monitors, and ideally iPhones

Languages

German (Fluent)
