As an IT Service Technician, you will provide essential 1st and 2nd level IT support to a business client. Your daily tasks will involve managing IT issues via a ticketing system and phone, installing and configuring hardware, and assisting with workstation relocations, new installations, and migrations. You will also be responsible for maintaining client software and hardware within defined systems. This role is ideal for an IT Onsite Technician seeking a new challenge within the IT sector, offering a chance to leverage practical IT knowledge, strong Windows and MS Office skills, and a proactive work ethic to ensure seamless IT operations for the client.
