Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support as an Onsite IT Technician for a leading European IT service provider, supporting clients like DLR. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring client hardware, performing system rollouts, conducting functional checks, and meticulously documenting results. You will also be responsible for processing service requests and incidents within the Windows Client environment, advising users on WDS, and maintaining checklists and asset data. A key part of the role involves collaborating with specialist teams to de-install and install network components.
