This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. Day-to-day, you will provide support for various disruptions and user problems, analyze error messages, and resolve issues remotely. A key part of the role involves prioritizing and categorizing incoming tickets and maintaining up-to-date information in databases and ticket systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar qualification, coupled with solid experience in IT support and service request management.
