Job Summary

As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development of active medical devices, taking ownership of electronics hardware and embedded software within cross-functional new development projects. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing requirements, designing system concepts and architectures with a focus on electronic and software components, and guiding printed circuit board (PCB) and system designs from proof of concept through prototyping to series production. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing products, including managing changes, conducting error analyses, and handling end-of-life processes. A crucial part of your role will be supporting approval testing and creating comprehensive documentation in the regulated medical technology environment, collaborating closely with software and electromechanics teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.
