Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing 1st and 2nd level support for end-users, specifically for Syensqo. Day-to-day tasks include processing electronic tickets, deploying and setting up PCs, laptops, and tablets, configuring workstations, installing software, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a similar qualification, possess strong experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and be proficient with Google Suite.
