Job Summary

This role involves providing direct technical support and customer care for wire harness product development, acting as the primary technical contact for an OEM client, ideally within the VW Group environment. Day-to-day, you will coordinate and evaluate technical changes, perform error analysis in vehicle development, and document project progress. A key aspect is acting as a central interface between the internal development team and the client, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer. You will also independently handle CAD-specific tasks for wiring harnesses, manage open development items, and support global production plants, especially during launch phases. Active participation in DFMEA creation and design validation is also expected. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical or automotive engineering, extensive experience in wire harness development, and proficiency with relevant CAD and development tools.
